Challenging circumstances, transitions, and old patterns that no longer serve you can be daunting to navigate alone. I’ll meet you where you are and support you finding what you need and want in your life right now. In a kind, nonjudgmental space we’ll attend to all the parts of you that you want to explore.

My style is attentive, warm, grounded—and at times, humorous. I approach each client uniquely because each client s a distinct person with their own distinct needs. Practically, this means we collaborate on your treatment plan and regularly check with each other to see how it’s going.
